PCB & SMT Assembly Description:

AccuSpec Electronic Services utilizes both automated and manual equipment to assemble low to high volume thru-hole PCB assemblies. The production areas are within an ESD and climate controlled environment. Personnel are trained and qualified in IPC-A-610 Workmanship Standards and ESD Protection Programs to help in ensuring a quality assembly.

The Surface Mount Technology (SMT) department utilizes SMT equipment that allows us to fabricate a variety of PCB assemblies including Ball Grid Array (BGA) with tightly controlled processes. AccuSpec Electronic Services is continuously improving our SMT assembly capabilities in order to provide a quality product at a reasonable cost.
