Have you purchased new cleaning machinery and require PCB cleaning services during the interim? Have you won a new contract that requires your process to have a cleaning component? Are you having problems with an assembly process that uses no-clean, RMA or water-soluble solder pastes/fluxes and are seeking some cleaning help? The ZESTRON Technical Center is available to assist you with all of your PCB cleaning needs today.

As the global leader in high precision cleaning products, services and training solutions for the electronics and semiconductor manufacturing industries, ZESTRON is experienced and able to aid customers with contract cleaning services, analytical assessment techniques in accordance with IPC, MIL or J-STD test methods and/or troubleshooting cleanliness issues at our Technical Center.

Upon exploring ZESTRON services, customers are provided a detailed proposal including a timeline for project completion, cleaning process details including recommended cleaning agent and equipment, as well as analytical tests that may be required for your production process. At the end of the contract, you will be provided a post-cleaning report with all the cleaning process details, cleanliness assessment results and any additional process recommendations.
