Micro-Snugger Tooling Description:

The MicroSnugger� (PAT APP FOR) board handling system from SigmaPrint Technologies can be fitted to all MicroFlex and SMTech UP100 surface mount screen-printing machines. The system can be used to clamp boards from 0.8mm thick upwards. This system substantially reduces costs by eliminating the need for specific size registration pins to suit different PCB�s that you might be presented with. When used in conjunction with SigmaPrint�s innovative �tool-less tooling� (only available for MicroFlex printers). The Micro Snuggers can be quickly setup to register a new board between two fixed stops and two sprung faces without the need to use any tools. The MicroSnugger tooling system is currently available for the MicroFlex, MPM UP100 and SMTech 100/90 screen printers including the Quad VMP20/B.
