Conformal coatings for printed circuit boards cure tack free in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible eliminating the time-consuming steps of traditional thermal-cure and room-temperature-cure conformal coatings. Coatings are available for tin whisker mitigation, humid environments, and shadow areas, in rigid and flexible formulations, clear, fluorescing, and black grades, and with secondary heat- or moisture-cure capability. The products are halogen free and have IPC-CC-830 and MIL I-46058C certifications.
