Maintenance Calibration

The machines that can be covered included: the Fuji CP & IP ranges, as well as GL, GSP and QP machines

Training

The aims of the course are as follows:

• To confirm the methodology and functionality behind the operation of each machine
• To teach the correct Fuji fault finding procedure both on electrical and mechanical problems, incorporating a set fault finding routing
• To explain and demonstrate the removal and recalibration of the major machine assemblies
• To explain and demonstrate the use of schematics and pneumatics in the electrical and mechanical fault
