GM Technical Services, Inc (GM Tech) specializes in quick turn (24 hour) prototype and small volume production runs for SMT, Through-Hole and BGA placement. We currently service the communications, computer, medical and aerospace industries. GM Tech establishes binding relationships with customers to ensure exemplary satisfaction. Customers receive status information directly from the Engineer managing the project. They will also have contact with the President. Customers are viewed as a partner rather than an end target. They assist in the development of our products and contribute to the success of our company. GM Tech�s expertise extends several years in assisting engineering groups plan and establish SMT prototypes. Our engineers and technicians are trained in both Surface Mount and Through Hole Technology. We are constantly learning new techniques and expanding our capabilities to better serve our customers. GM Tech is committed to providing high quality products. We have a Quality Assurance Team dedicated to testing products before they are delivered to our customers. The team audits processes from start to finish. Our objective is to offer business relationships that provide reliable, flexible, high quality assembly services. We can take a job from prototype process planning through engineering, short runs, and production repetitive runs. This allows the customer to evaluate their opportunities and choose the most economically feasible method. Communication between our staff and our customers is encouraged. We welcome on-site visits, program reviews, job run specifics, problem resolutions, material and design layout issues, source inspections, goal setting and future program planning.
