Quality Engineer
Responsible for supporting three Program Management teams in assessing new and existing product for
Quality Assurance purposes. As well with supporting six different customers came the responsibility of
designing and updating Intranet and Internet web sights. Designed a program using VBScript that
reduced running daily reports from three hours to 5 minutes. I am responsible for making decisions that
affect daily production of product. I maintain strong professional relationships with all customers. I have
traveled to many of my customer sights in order to assess quality assurance plans, as well as DFM�s of
new product. Played a key role in facility becoming both QS9000 and BABT certified. I am involved in
problem solving techniques such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Fishbone Analysis.
