Contract manufacturing, turnkey and consignment. Maintained ISO certification, gave presentations on the lead free process, disposition PWB defects, MRB, RMAs, gave facility tours to prospective customers. Investigated the root cause analysis for non-conforming product.

Quality Assurance Engineer-60K-left due to reorganization
Provided technical support to customer quality audit. Tools used were FMEAs, PPAPs, CPKs, gage R & Rs, defect root cause analysis, process anomalies and surveys. I was responsible for the material review board disposition of in house non-conforming material based on customer requirements. The disposition was based on next assembly risk assessment.

Supervised 12 people in the electrical test and inspection area for the manufacture of rigid and rigid- flex printed circuit boards for military use. Responsible for the returned material disposition of customer returned non-conforming material and implementation of internal corrective actions.
