WORK EXPERIENCE
1988 - Present SCI SYSTEMS INC.
Huntsville, Alabama
Production Analyst/Engineering Coordinator for the Engineering Research and Development center and the Manufacturing of complex avionic computer systems and subsystems.
Responsible for New Product Introduction of complex electronic and mechanical assemblies from the engineering research and development center and coordinating all aspects of the manufacturing process at the manufacturing center.
Developed and implemented testing of High Risk components such as Ball Grid and Column Grid Arrays in a simulated high temperature, severe vibration environment insuring a quality product is produced.
Streamlining the manufacturing process of these new assemblies to insure that a quailty product is produced in a timely manner.
Insured that all assemblies meet the various requirements of either MIL STD 2000A, WS-454, or ANSI-J class 1, 2,or 3. This also includes but is not limited to the testing of these systems prior to delivery to the end item user.
Responsible for the coordination of any engineering changes to the original design from the Engineering Center and the implementation of such changes at the Manufacturing Center.
Interfaced with the Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Quality Manager, Engineering Staff, Program Managers, Production Planners, and Supervisors to inform all concerned about any impending changes or impacts to the production schedule.
