Process Engineer

Posting JK-NVPE Process Engineer(PCB Assembly and support)- Our client, located in northern Connecticut, seeks a process engineer capable of providing engineering support in the development and/or improvement of current or new technologies and processes. Our client offers its customers proto-typing services as well as high-volume capabilities for original equipment manufactureers and R& D companies. They offer complete system assembly integration and testing services, as well ;as design services for turnKey or consignment projects. Through specialization in one or more technical areas, a successful candidate will ensure process capability presently and in the future. Our client requires a minimum of 5 years experience with SMT, BGA, mix technology or thru-hole assembly practices, as appropriate to the assigned cell. Knowledge of simple CAD type programs, word processing and spreadsheets necessary. Successful candidate will have working knowledge of the Mechanics of SMT Machines, specifically Zevatech machines. Demonstrated experience in analysis and problem solving while understanding of system level module integration is required.
