POWER ELECTRONICS/ BALLAST ENGINEER

You will have broad-based, hands-on responsibility for electronic dimming ballast design and analysis. You will be responsible for start to finish new product development including product definition, electrical design, and parts selection and qualification. You will lead cross-functional project teams composed of electrical, mechanical and manufacturing engineers to develop products from concept into production. Additionally you will be a technical lead and professional mentor to less senior electrical engineers and interns. Qualifications for this position include a BSEE, with at least three years experience in analog and power electronics design. Electronic ballast design is a plus. You will need excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive projects. You must be able to work effectively with people in a team-oriented environment.
