They provide high-technology electronic assembly solutions to high-profile customers in various segments across the medical, industrial, defense, aerospace and commercial markets.

In the position as Quality Manager, this is a chance to work for a top EMS provider as their “Face of Quality” to ensure products are delivered to the satisfaction of their customers. You will direct a team of engineers and technicians who will implement regular quality standard routines to be proactive rather than reactive. As a key member of the management team, you will be very hands-on on the manufacturing floor along with giving quality presentations to executives and customers. 

The qualified candidate for the position of Quality Manager will receive a competitive compensation package and must meet these background requirements:

*8+ years of hands-on quality experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment.
*BS degree in an engineering related curriculum preferred.
*Must have previous management experience.
*Must have a solid technical understanding of the manufacturing processes of PCBAs and full system builds.
*Must have a background with ISO 13485, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S quality techniques.
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
