Basic Requirements:

• High level of attention to detail
• Working knowledge of quality control systems
• Professional grade work ethics
• Pride in workmanship
• Effective Communication skills
• Desire to work in a continuous training/learning enviorment and expand cabilities for continous growth
• Safety first focused work habits
• Flexbility to work overtime 
• Working knowledge of hand tools, shop tools and precision measurement instruments
• Ability to work independently without micro managed supervision and as part of a Team.
• Some positions may require travel
• Ability to pass employment screening for background check, health, drug and security clearance
