SMT Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift

Troubleshoot & Maintain: Siemens (Siplace) placement machines, JOT, MPM Maintain and repair Siplace Placement Feeder Operating SMT equipment during normal production runs Ensuring the highest quality of the paste printing, placement, and reflow process Ensure production tracking documents (Snapshot Forms) are completed properly Complying with all SMT procedures Accurate board counting / production tracking Ensuring AOI 30 minute sample procedure is followed in a timely fashion Monitor component fallout / contact technician if needed Birthing product serial numbers in Aegis system Perform hand placement as needed Assist with line changeovers as needed Assist with inspection as needed Preparation and execution of Preventive Maintenance of SMT Production Lines Job Requirements : Minimum 2 years SMT Maintenance experience High school diploma or equivalent PC skills including MS Office, SAP experience desired Knowledge of microscopes and measuring tools Knowledge of IPC-A-610 workmanship specifications Detail orientated personality preferred Job Benefits : Variosystems, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time eligible employees including: 100 % employer paid insurance for the employee (Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, Accident & Disability) We also offer: Aflac supplemental insurance Health Reimbursement Account Flex-spending Account Dependent Care Account 401k (current company match is 50%)
