Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer with at least 3 - 5 years exp. in a production or engineering enviroment. *Must be able to effectively interact with engineering and production to develop assembly procedures, test requirements, specification of components and equipment. Ability to work quickly with many technical disciplines while maintaining high quality products is a requirement for this position. *Ability to perform technical evaluation and testing on the product to specific specifications during the development of the product. *Familiarity with automatic semiconductor componenet placement and interconnection equipment is necessary. Programming and operation is an expected capability as there will be growth in this area for our company. *Must have a good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process. *SMT process, specifically re flow, oven profiling. *Wave solderer process and able to develop wave solderer profiles for boards. *Knowledge of the Lead Free process.
