Production Engineers

The job will be to provide technical assistance to the manufacturing managers and manufacturing teams. Drive the task side of our business, focussing on Quality improvements, Equipment utilization, process enhancements and operational metrics. This job can be a stepping stone to manufacturing management or into other areas of engineering.

The individual will work with the manufacturing teams to develop their skills and to transfer in activities from support areas to build greater self-sufficiency. You will be part of a Production Engineering learning community who will share skills and experiences.

Qualifications

• A degree in any Engineering discipline

• Process review and improvement
• Task management of the manufacturing metrics, e.g. cycle time, on time delivery, quality levels
• Process control and implementation
• Quality control and process improvements
• Employee skills development
• Interface to the engineering support community
