Manufacturing Engineer

� Will develop, implement, and maintain PCB assembly processes including screen printing, placement, reflow, and automated optical inspection. � Will work with quality, design, and test on DFx and NPI. � Identify opportunities and drive implementation for productivity, process and yield improvements and cost reduction for packaging and SMT � Develop and identify best practices, and drive implementation for quality and yield improvement � Provide design feedback for manufacturing yield improvement � Drive the resolution of critical production problems � Drive supplier quality improvement � Assist with training of operators and engineers REQUIREMENTS � BS Engineering � Extensive experience with PCBA process technologies including surface mount, through-hole assembly, and wave solder. � Basic knowledge of DFM,DFA & DFT principles. � Strong SMT skills Other quality and manufacturing engineering positions are available in NC, VA, TN, AZ, KY, MO, FL, NY, IL, and CA.
