Description
Evaluates and identifies systemic problems and develops cause and corrective actions using Six Sigma tools. * Interfaces with internal and external customers on a quality issues. * Reads and interprets contracts and print packages. Generates Quality Plans and inspection instructions. Makes use of Military and IPC (circuit card manufacturing) specifications and their utilization to support issues and clarifications.Uses and interprets Spaceflight specifications and is able to support Spaceflight programs.Performs other related duties. Requirements: A BS degree and an active clearance within the last two years.Minimum of five (5) years experience as a Quality Engineer in a contract-manufacturing environment.Six Sigma Green Belt, lean manufacturing, Design of Experiments (DOE) and knowledge of applied statistical analysis.Knowledge of manufacturing processes including SMT and through-hole technology.Able to read and interpret military and commercial contracts and print packages and generate inspection instructions. |
