Business Manager

Reptron Manufacturing Services, a large electronics contract manufacturer, is adding a business manager to its Gaylord, Michigan facility. The Reptron Business Manager directs business operations in areas required such as: Planning and execution of the business plan, Managing of P & L statements to defined profile, Customer Relations, and Manufacturing Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and directing a team of master schedulers, engineers, and buyers who plan and execute customer contractual requirements while performing within a defined financial profile. Develops and executes a business plan that supports customer requirements and Reptron Mfg. Financial and business requirements and objectives. Establishes and grows relationships with key customer contacts. Accountable for team performance to the following metrics: Customer Contractual requirements, Revenue Plan, Profitability, Receivables (DSO), On Time Performance, Inventory, PPV, Quality, New Product Starts. Must be able to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Will respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. The ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to a prescribed style and format plus effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors is required. BS degree in Business Management or Engineering disciplines. Five years as a Program Manager, Product Manager or equivalent position.
