Operations Manager

HOT! HOT! HOT! Growing contract manufacturer of high quality Printed Circuit Boards is seeking an Operations Production Manager with strong supervisory experience in electronics assembly. This individual will lead and manage a team of approximately 75 people in an SMT and Thru-Hole manufacturing operation. The company wants a "hands-on," "on-the-production-line" manager, who can take charge and lead while moving the job-shop product through the plant to the customer. The candidate MUST be an expert in SMT and Thru-Hole Electronic Assembly Manufacturing. The 230+ non-union employee company is very strong financially and services both military (60%) and commercial customers (40%). The plant is located in the beautiful and low-cost-of-living Finger Lakes region of New York State, between Rochester and Syracuse. Salary: To $65K plus bonus.
