Process Engineer

Position is located in the upstate of South Carolina with an established, stable company. Will assist in the start-up of die bonding equipment. Will assist in the development of processes and equipment necessary to product products. Will utilize Six Sigma for continuous improvement projects. Will be effective in manufacturing troubleshooting. Must have 3-5 yr of experience in high precision electronic subassembly. BS degree is required. Background and drug screening are both required.
