SMT Sales Manager

SALES MANAGER (Based in Penang-Island, Malaysia)

Reporting to Senior Sales Director, you are expected to:

1. Possesses strong sales skill set and business acumen.
2. Be actively involved in the pre-sales role to qualify, manage and close sales.
3. Possesses high level of product and market knowledge and able to advise customers on procedures, applications and techniques.
4. Has detailed knowledge of competitive situation and market trends.
5. Good time management.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
2. At least 2-5 years of relevant working experience with successful track records in sales & marketing of similar products.
3. Experience in SMT process is essential. Candidate with additional Semi-conductor experience will be favorably considered.
4. Strong written/oral communication skill in English and Chinese.
5. Independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and able to work with a team.
6. Possess a Class 3 driving license.
7. Travel about 30% throughout Asia, China mainland for sales meeting, training and alignment.
