ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary roles and responsibilities of this position will be as follows:
• Engage the customer and send appropriate site preparation documents prior to installation and training by FSE.
• Work with the customer to schedule a date for the installation/training or service of A-Tek Systems lines of equipment.
• Provide service quotes to new and existing customers.
• Follow-up with the customers to ensure maintenance kits/parts are ordered and at the customer’s facility prior to an FSE arriving to perform the appropriate tasks.
• Quarterly review installation / serial number listing and follow up with customers to extend warranty coverage or offer service contracts.
• Act as customer champion to follow up on machine build status, ship status and installation
• Maintain customer database for improved customer communications
• Manage soft and hard files within the service department for new and existing customers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Mechanical and technical knowledge and experience as it relates to equipment used in the manufacturing of circuit boards and SMT industry.
• Equivalent experience and knowledge from any military branch electronics training school.
• Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Provide added support for sales, warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving when required.
Training provided by company.
Travel required when necessary.
