Dry and Clean Room in Tropical Climate

We need to dry and clean the air in our dedicated poting and conformal coating room. Can anybody help on how to go about it. The airconditions only recycle and dry until room temperature is reached and therefore have great fluctuations and unstable processes. The large dehumidifyers do not help either since they also only dry to a certain temperature. Furthermore we need to extract lots of air due to the evaporation of the solvents which leads to dust beeing introduced. I look forward to some feedback from the collective knowlede of this forum.

Cheers

Find out if you can separate the dehumidifier controls from the heating/cooling controls, without adding an air handler. Otherwise I think you'd need to add a dehumidifier that runs independantly. Don't forget that system capacity has to be rated for room size plus the additional exhaust requirements for fume control.

Edited to add that ideally your "make up" air would be dehumidified and didn't add to the moisture load in the room. Maybe that would be enough?
