I'm looking for a supplier for eutectic SnBi solder paste and dispensible solder paste at class 3, 4 or 5. Has anyone good ideas?

Comments are: * Sn42Bi58 is eutectic at 138C. Most top-flight paste suppliers will produce it for you. * Bismuth forms an alloy with lead with a melting point of 93C * Maximum temperature of the solder connection should be less than 100C during customer use, assuming you don't want to think about that lead alloy thing mentioned above.

How do you plan to use this material?

Thank you for your annotaions. I am aware of the limits and temperatures of that material, but we are doing some research with thermoplastic base materials which won't survive standard solder paste reflow soldering. And beside of using conductive adhesives we are doing tests with all kind of alternatives.

Problem is that there is (at the moment) only one supplier that sells dispensible solder paste, and only at class 2 which is way to coarse.

So, if you have any addresses, especially of european suppliers (not a must), then I would be thankful.

Peter
