I cloned the Flash Memory Card (CFI-128MDG ) for the Topaz-X (circa 1998). The contents looks identical to the orginal, but it will not boot the machine. Has anybody tried this and know what is wrong? (MSDOS 6.2 OS)

I'm assuming it was formatted in FAT12 or FAT16, MSDOS 6.22 doesn't support FAT32 AFAIK. Was it cloned on a modern computer?

I think it's FAT16, but not sure. Yes, it was cloned on a modern computer, but it was bit for bit so should be identical. I didn't think you had to format it before cloning.
