DEK Horizon 03i

Hi all, Recently the place where I work at purchased an SMT assembly line. The stencil printer is a used DEK Horizon 03i. We received no manuals with it and are having issues with the cleaner. The motor does not move and it does not move along the rail either. If anyone has any experience on what we can do please let me know. Also if anyone as any documentation for this machine could you please send them to me. Thanks
