Hi, Have been observed the post reflow inductor skew which is weight of 3.50grams.

Can we get any get the exact cause for skew and want to know how to check conveyor vibration.

How big is the board? What is the thickness? How populated is it? Is it warping in the reflow oven? If yes, does the oven have any support? How big is the pad compared to the component footprint? How thick is the stencil? Are the components checked before entering the oven? These are a few of the things I would check to get the cause. There is evidence that actually vibration is beneficial to the reflow process, as it helps with component self centering (unless the PCB is warped during reflow :) ). Regards, Tamas.

Molten metal has a high surface tension. If the pads are uneven you can have uneven forces. Decades ago if part were not placed exactly right, they would come out of the oven centered. (or tombstoned)

Magyart is on the right track. Lots of variables. Can you post a photo of the skewed part? But also, is it skewed in the paste before reflow? How many inductors are doing this per board? Lastly, indicate on the photo the direction of travel in the oven.
