Have you tried asking your ASM Service Rep? They should be able to provide you the Gerbers for this.

For me, this PCB is 208€/10 pcs in the webshop. Maybe it is worth to buy 1 package. Anyways, why you don't make your own test-board?

Hi. About 2 years ago we designed a practice test board to confirm our understanding and capabilities of our YV88X PnP machine. We managed to place 01005 parts onto the PCB using a custom nozzle from Shenzhen.

See attached - this is just one part of the test board.

The same board has sites for 0201 and 0402 parts. If it is of interest, we can share the gerbers so you can build your own at JLCPCB. The PCBs were very inexpensive.
