JUKI configuration file locatioon

I have old JUKI machine, which after power loss seems to have corupted configuration file(all works fine,except Vision configuration for fiducial recognition : camera is unable to read/ write parameters for Vision), can anybody help to tell which file should be transfered? (I have raw copy of the disk few years ago, but not to loose all the settings and adjustments, I would like to renew the image from backup and check /manually edit the content of configuration file. Then I would like to regularly do backup of this file too, so this never happens again. Machine is JUKI KE760L / or maybe known under ZEVATECH FM760L. please help, thanks in advance.
