YXing SMT660

Hi all, new user here. I have recently become responsible for a YXing SMT660 pick and place machine. As can be expected it's proving tricky to communicate with the supplier in China. Documentation is sketchy and amongst the things I could really do with is a proper programming guide, rather than the user manual supplied. Is anyone out there ready so share their experiences with this machine, the pitfalls to avoid, the hard-won knowledge from trial and errors etc?

Despite entering the world of SM in the eighties (!), I've not used one of these before and I'm feeling rather exposed by the lack of local support.
