mystery parts on Samsung CP45FV | 6 July, 2020

I'm looking at a Samsung CP45FV on auction. There are some mystery parts shown in the pictures, which I have attached. Two boxes with 3 lenses each. Does anyone recognize these? I'm hoping they are not part of the flying vision camera, if they are, that means some REALLY sensitive part of the machine has been tampered with.

Thanks,

Jon

that is a flying vision set, BUT, CP45FV should have 6 flying vision cameras as far as I know...

Yup, it does. One is laying on it's side on the back feeder rail, pointing outward, in the first picture. The other is pointing upward behind the vibe feeder on the front feeder rail, in the 2nd picture.

Thanks VERRRRRY much for ID'ing these parts, and I'm so lucky that somebody else has outbid me. Either the machine has been stripped for parts or had a major breakdown and was not repaired.

I didn't observe the "look before you leap" rule!

Thanks again!

That particular auction seems to have an awful lot of quite old equipment. Impressive really, good chance a lot of it it purchased for spares.

Yes, the Quad IV C machines look like they have been picked for parts. Obviously, same for the CP45FV. The QSA30 machines LOOK to be in better shape, but I could be wrong.

This auction is mostly for spare parts you can see most of the equipment has been tempered with the MPM screen printer has its covers off as well on from the back ground of other machines. That's probably why theirs no good picture's of these machines.
