EPR software

I am looking for a simple software which I can use in my production. I have the following task which I would like to solve with this software:

- Components storage: counting the components in my production area. I would like to store their following data: type, manufacturer, value, details, price, LOT/PD IDs. - BOM list: storing BOM list. - Development datas: storing my testing, measuring datas and the notes about the products - for example current value on my LED products. - Price calculation: If I have a filled components storage it would be nice if I can collect the price of components for a products. - Recipes: recipes for our products which mainly a LED products. The EMS have own documentation at our production so they basicly don't need specificated recipes.

It would be the best for me if I can find a simple, cheap software for the beginning. As our production became more serious and have better capacity, I want to make my own software which specificated for our requirement.
