How to restore HDD settings in MCS30?

Hi, Our MCS30 had a bad backup battery in one of the boards. After changing the battery I got the all boot devices failed error. I managed to get a hold of some boot floppy disks and I can use disk1 to boot the MCS30 to a "$" prompt. I also have a disk2 and isp that I haven't tried. But after that I have no clue how to reset the HDD settings. I thought I found a post here in the forums a while back that explain how to do that but I can't seem to find that post again. Anyone know how to reset the HDD info so I can boot from the HDD? I just need to transfer a program to our F4G PC. Thanks
