Open board SiP PCB warpage measurement | 21 May, 2013

I am looking for a service providing non contact PCB flatness measurement for open board SiP assembly. It was returned for failure analysis with complaint that assembly does not solder properly onto customer system board. Since there are remnants of the solder on the LGA backside, I can't set it ona flat support surface. It's 1-2 cases a year so we won't buy flatness measuring eqipment. Can anyone recomment lab providing this service?
