Wave Solder Pallet Referbishment | 21 September, 2010

Hi Guys,

Quick question, does anyone know of any companies that referbish wave solder pallets.

Ours are a little worse for wear, I know of BLT re impregnating the pallets, but can say that the pallet we tested the process on didn't look promising.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

We’d be more than happy to take a look and your pallet(s). Depending on what is needed to make the pallet working properly, would determine whether anything can be done with it.

Good morning, I hope you are doing well. Referbishing fixtures is not a popular solution, the better way to confirm you are getting the lifecycle out of the fixtures is to contact an expert on fixtures and have them evaluate your process. There are many PM processes that can be implemented to make sure that the material is not being stressed beyond its capabilities. If you have any questions please let me know because myself or any of my sales or engineering team will be happy to assist with this evaluation.
