My DEK 265GSX will not boot in the mornings. When I check my power supplies 5 volts is measuring 1.6v. When I disconnect 5v I read 5.3v on the power supply. When I reconnect to the power supply the problem goes away. Has anyone seen this problem and how did you fix it?

Something is surging on the 5V line tripping overcurrent on PSU2... If you've got autoflex on the machine the Y15 is th most likely culprit... I've also seen it with the Y2.
