Hello,

Changing from Pb to Pb free solder pot takes about 10 hours. is there any easy way to reduce the timing for this process with additional or new equipment.

Sure is. It's called Dual Pot. Most major wave solder manufactureres offer it. The quickest way is to buy a used wave for Pb and keep your existing Pb free wave, Pb free!
