I have recently purchased a barco aoi unit. Does anyone know how to convert the data from a CAM350 workstation into useable information on an Barco accumatch aoi

Board fabricators commonly use Barco AOI to inspect film. The AccuMatch compares pixel-to-pixel of the Gerber data to the image seen by the AOI camera. It's slower than design rule checking, but has definite advantages [like lower falsing]. Unfortunately, throughput not among them.

We'd expect your CAM350 to be able export Gerber in Barco DPF that should work with your unit. If not, you may need a converter. Use Google to find one.
