Hi, In your case definitely go with a pure time/pressure. If you want to make repeatable small dots later - only Archimedian screw. Another way is jet printing technology, which I assume is very expensive and far away from your case. Regards, Emil

Asymtek in-line machine with the Jet head hands-down. And since you will be coating silicone you should virtually have no touch-up after it exits the machine because of the higher viscosity of this material.

Thanks for the explanation - it's hard to get any information from UIC when it comes to the older equipment, so I am stucked to this forum. Can you maybe give me a hint where to ask for such conversion kit?

Ask yourself what advantage do you gain from a 200+K jet printer ? I'm thinking you could buy 1000+ stencils with 200K

Is this a consistent issue? Have you tried running in "step mode" to see if it's really a handling related issue (ie Clutch, bearings, etc)? Good Luck

Also... this is ONLY a pick issue? No issues with placement for those that you do successfully pick? Have the spindles been calibrated lately?

And does this problem spindle exchange nozzles in the changer without issues? When was the last time the clutches were replaced? thx
