Would something like this work? http://www.patientliftusa.com/products/electric-patient-lifts.html You would have to build a custom harness to match your fixture but it is in the $1K-2K price range.

You can try by designing your own fixture to ensure the FiFo, but it will always depend on the operator to fill it in the righ order, I used to have a fixture like the one in the image, but it was installed next to the machine, not inside the fridge.

I have previously done a masking fixture through Pentagon, but was unsuccessful I think more due to the design of the board. Does anyone else have experience with other vendors that I could try out? I have seen InsulFAB and Ascentec as well. Thanks.

Go with Beamon. I've been using them for all our tooling needs for the past 20 years. From fixtures to stencils to templates, and even BGA reballing fixtures, they are a one stop shop.
