After I measured, Pin 1 is gnd, Pin 2 is output = approx 1..795 Vdc and pin 3 is input = 3.3VDC. Someone please help me to find out the part number. Is it Linear voltage regulator or something voltage supervisory for microprocessor/microcontroller.

I have successfully used laser marked bar codes on PCBs. Use an area without any copper so that you are marking on the FR4 only
