Hege, the Nano coating goes on the opposite of the squeegee side of the stencil. I don't know if the cleaning paper is able to remove it little by little with the time, but I never refreshed my stencils with Nano coating and they work just fine. How

Hey SWAG, any idea where that Nano Protek goes, that you have to replace it? (and I am not talking about polishing up wheels) Is it being scrubbed off of the stencil during the print process, and over time it must be replenished? Sorry a bit off top

Hi I found it's hard to attach thermocouple on profile board at fine pitch component by high temp solder. Does any one know the good way to do it? Thanks in advance. Dave

We wouldn't advocate extending the soldermask beyond the component body but yes to ganging for fine pitch. To ensure we don't run into issues with flaking our preference is not to add solder mask when the space between pins is less than 6 mil.

I place 15-20 mil a lot. You need to look at your pad to apature reduction. Your stencil thickness. The type of paste your using. We use 2-5 mil reduction on each side as a general rule on fine pitch. This varies depending on pad width. We also use 5

Yes the part is reworked. It solders when it's reworked.
