Dear Pavel, Did u use it? Does it need any solution (solvent)? We tested 2 times with water and alcohol but it didn't work. Do u have any idea?

If you have Flexhead nozzles you need to be careful that whatever solvent you use does not attack the gasket adhesive. I might try a couple of drops of a spray like WD-40 or LPS. Let it soak for a few minutes and blow it out with compressed air. Repe

Our latest designs are flip chip on flex based and we have issues with delamination/blistering. We know it is related to our vapor solvent (n-Propyl Bromide based) attacking an inner layer adhesive. Has anyone else ever heard of something like this?
