| | | I recently switched from solder paste in 500 gram jars to 500 gram tubes. I did this to try to limit the time the paste is exposed to the room environment. But we have a need to clean the stencil every 4 - 5 boards which means taking the bulk p

We have been using Alpha Tetra/DEK Vector for the last 3 years. Prior to that we were using mesh on frame. We do about 15 job changes a day and our main runners are loaded about 4 times per week. In the three years we have been using the system we h

| Hi Ron, | Your question really opens up a "Pandora's box", but when you say you're not able to print perfectly, what is it exactly that you mean? Is the print lacking volume? Is it mis-registered? Are you bridging? Also, what printers have you used

PQFP with pitch of 0.4 mm

I admit, 16 mil QFP printing is very challenging but if all your control factors (print speed, etc...) are setup correctly (through DOE) extremely high yields can be achieved and more importantly a repeatable and robust product will be manufactured.

Solder Paste

Flux: No-clean pastes tend to have a wider print process window in terms of print speed and pressure. More importantly, no-clean pastes are more tolerant to changes in temperature and humidity. They also exhibit longer stencil life than water-solub
