Spoke to the maintenance manager, master password is the current date in reverse. For example : Today is 10/28/2014 so... 41028201 Level 3 should be pass3. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I don't have change to try the Password Now my machine boot up and get " BLUE SCREEN " I screw up my windows NT. Does any one know who till service this machine, reinstall the software and application. I'm in Southern California , CA 92708

Hi everyone, hope you can help me with this machine I bought used and after it is set up , it runs good, home position. I can click the tab Start, and Setup. But I can't click the tab I/O , edit or system. Because, I think I can't log in the Level

as george says move beam back towards the centre of the machine make sure it is square although not neccesarily on the alignment arrows. make sure alignment laser is clean along with the recieving mirror on the head.also make sure the driver filters
