If the problem appears to be random... we had a similar problem. We found that the belt which feeds the PCB through the reflow oven would jump or lurch ahead. It was barley noticeable but if you have identified the frequency and time of the compone

Does the flickering go away once the oven reaches its set temperature? It will draw a lot more current while its warming up then when its running. Are your lights running on one leg of the same 415 VAC circuit? Reflow ovens are mostly resistive loa

Are they getting stuck inside the oven or at the very end? If thermal expansion is the problem the boards would be getting stuck in the reflow zone since that would be the hottest and therefore the point where thermal expansion would be the greatest

Hi All, I have vendors and even customers telling me that to properly run RoHS compliant products I should have ovens with more zones than my Heller 1500's. I have been running RoHS compliant product with these with very good results. So what ar

Yep. If speed is not an issue a Heller 1500 will pretty well do you fine unless you are trying to process a brick. A Heller 1700 will not give you any more heated length, so don't get sucked in to that one. However, they are a little more fun to pl

Charley, Though my reply is quite late, it might be a good info for you and i hope that this info could help or could provide you some views. Some companies practice at least 1 board gap, which means the length of the pcb you are currently loading,

I have the opportunity to pick up a used 1998 Heller 1900WN reflow. I have no experience working with Heller reflows, nor have I heard much about them, so I don't know if they are good quality machines or not. I have concerns about issues such as z

I have seen this on Heller1707 machines also for LED devices. The same job was run on anthoer brand oven (Rehm) and no issue. I think Heller Blower velocity can be a little on higher side as is a low inertia heating system and they have to make up f
