Fine Line Stencil Aligns with Advanced Tooling Design

Fine Line Stencil, a division of FCT Assembly and a leading manufacturer of stencil products, announces that it has teamed with Advanced Tooling Design to lead the sales efforts at its new San Jose, CA stencil facility.

Ally Jakusovas, Fine Line Stencil’s Regional Sales Manager for Northern and Southern California and the Midwest, along with Advanced Tooling Design will lead the sales effort at Fine Line Stencil’s new San Jose stencil facility. Together, the companies will offer the latest technological advancements in the industry, accompanied by outstanding technical support.

In addition to traditional laser-cut stainless steel stencils, Fine Line Stencil manufactures a full portfolio of stencil technologies to address the demands of modern assembly processes. The company uses ScanCad as well as ScanCheck capabilities to provide the highest quality.

Advanced Tooling Design specializes in designing and fabricating tooling and fixtures to support the PCB assembly process through every phase from screenprinting to the finished product. Vicki Hamada, President of Advanced Tooling Design, has more than 20 years of industry experience, specializing in stencils and fixtures. FCT Assembly was founded following the purchase of Fine Line Stencil, Inc., and consists of two major operations: stencil manufacturing and the manufacturing of electronic assembly products such as solder paste, flux and solder (both conventional 63/37 and SN100C® lead-free) bar. The assembly products are manufactured in the Greeley, Colo. plant and the stencils are manufactured in the Beaverton, Ore., Memphis, Tenn., and Greeley, Colo. facilities. The stencils can be fabricated by both laser cutting and chemical etch. The company also makes precision parts in its A-Laser division, which is located in Beaverton, Ore.
