Automatic PCB depaneling /cutting/ -- Hi all, we prepare a fully automatic production line from bare PCB to ready product in cartoon box. The steps in production are 1- smt, TH mounting and soldering, 2- conformal coating , 3 - depanelling / separate PCBs from panel / and etc. All machines in this line are already installed in our production , or purchased. But , I can not find solution for cutting. Panel have 8 PCB separated with V-cut. I can't find in-line cutting machine for automatic cutting. The tact time is 8 sec/product. Could you share some experience with similar machines?
