The volumetric capability of PCD Technology improves repeatability from unit-to-unit resulting in uniform bond lines without excessive squish-out after device placement. The unique progressive cavity dispense technology can meter fluids with ±1 percent repeatability. The line width is dependent on the fluid and nozzle configuration and current testing has easily yielded line widths of 0.025 mm (0.010").
During the pot life of the fluid, the system does not need to be adjusted, allowing for an adjustment free process. Coupled with a GPD Global Max Series platform, complex patterns can be created and dispensed with exceptional repeatability and positional accuracy.
The PCD Series also can be integrated into robots or used on the tabletop with the easy-to-use pump controller.
